at least 25% of the cost of a booking must be paid in cash (not credit points). All prices include 10% GST.
Accommodation is allocated on a shared room basis unless a single supplement fee is paid. Single room accommodation is limited and may not always be available when requested. Single supplement fee is the same for adults and children.
All children 2 years and under IN A COT are free. Child rates apply where age is 16 years and under.
Peak period bookings (Winter, Spring and the Summer/Autumn school holidays) are generally for Sunday to Sunday full weeks.
Part-week and cross-week bookings at peak times can be requested but will only be accepted immediately prior to the requested dates, based on room availability.
Part-week bookings, and whole and half lodge bookings, can be requested in the date periods where a booking rate is shown for them in the above tables.
Bookings in the Lodge Maintenance periods can only be made by those joining a work party booking ID. The booking ID for each work party is advertised to the membership a month or so prior to the maintenance period.
