Shooting will be excluded from the below locations / facilities and they will remain open:

• within and around resort area boundaries
• public road corridors
• Thredbo Valley Track, Summit Walk and Summit Trail, Main Range Walk, Blue Lake Lookout Walk and Kosciuszko walking track, Mount Stilwell Walk, Pallaibo Walk

There will be a partial closure of Kosciuszko National Park covering walking tracks and surrounding areas within the shoot area. This will be highlighted through signage at the start of those walking tracks as well as promotion on the NPWS website and at Visitor Information Centres.

The following will be closed for an aerial pest control operation for a period of 4 days between 7am, Monday 13th November to 7 pm to Friday 24th November 2023 (excluding weekends):

• Rennix Walk
• Rainbow Lake Walk
• Porcupine Walk
• Waterfall Walk
• Illawong Walk
• Illawong to Charlotte Pass Walk
• Charlotte Pass to Porcupine Walk
• The Main Range - Dicky Cooper Bogong south along Rolling Grounds (down to ~1100m to West, ~1600m to N, E) to Wilkinson Valley
• Ramshead Range - Merrits Creek east to Sawpit Creek
• Part of Perisher Range including Mount Guthrie (Snowy River east to Mount Paralyser)
• The area east of Guthega Link Road, eastwards to Diggers Creek
• The area east from Diggers Creek (Guthega Road) and north of Kosciuszko Road eastwards towards Jindabyne Pumping Station
