CPSR announce that winter operations will commence on 26 June
COVIDsafe committee is planning for the safe operation of Pygmy Possum Lodge
COVIDsafe Officer will be resident in the lodge for the season, to ensure that all members and guests are aware of and maintain the COVID-19 protocols
The club's AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 28 July, online via Zoom. You will need to register your wish to join the Zoom meeting via the google form http://forms.gle/pJcW4kp5xaLm7fmS7. Please do so by Monday 27th July to give us time to send you the meeting link details.
Foodstore NOT stocked
Magnetite window covers, new doonas to keep you warmer in the bedrooms. No more double beds - they have been replaced by Queens or Long Doubles as appropriate for the rooms they are in.
All of the new stoves have been installed.
Cordless vacuum cleaners in the living areas - great for those quick after meal cleanups, the stairs etc. Not intended to replace the corded cleaners for the end of week cleaning.
There is a waiting list for storage at Pygmy Possum. Rewards for giving up storage facilities you don't need anymore
Give your unwanted former ski clothing to the homeless via the Wayside Chapel in Kings Cross Sydney

Covid-19 Newsletter - 18 March 2020

Contents: Board decisions in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic are explained in the newsletter. In summary:

All Pygmy Possum Lodge bookings from 18 March to 31 May 2020 will be cancelled. Full refunds will be provided. Visits to the Castaways unit at Shoal Bay are unaffected at present.
Bookings after 1 June 2020, including the coming winter season, will remain unaffected at this stage, although circumstances may change over the coming weeks. We will advise of any changes as soon as practicable.
Any members wishing to cancel or reschedule their future bookings can do so in line with the current cancellation policy set out on our website.
The upcoming Work Party scheduled for early April will be scaled down to essential maintenance works.
Ongoing measures to improve cleaning and daily operations at the Lodge will be considered over coming months.

We have been successful in negotiating a new 40 year sub-lease to use and enjoy Pygmy Possum Lodge at Charlotte Pass Village. NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service is introducing a new electronic fee collection at KNP.
Elouera Ski Club Annual General Meeting 2018
- The AGM will be held on 26 June 2018 at 7pm Club Burwood RSL, 96 Shaftesbury Rd.
- There are some Director vacancies so if you want to help lead the club into its next 40 years please consider nominating for one of these important positions.
Stillwell Lodge did not renew their sub-lease with CPSR.

Annual Membership Subscriptions: Have you paid yours for 2018? If not, please do so ASAP.
Please help our Club administration by:
- Paying promptly for subscriptions, lockers and accommodation.
- Matching the BPay Reference number with the invoice. Using an old saved BPay Reference number causes confusion.
- Keeping your email, phone and other details up to date. Updates can be sent by email.
Castaways Unit at Shoal bay
- PRD Real Estate manages the entire booking process for our remaining Unit 8 at Castaways, Shoal Bay.
- Members are eligible for a discount of 20% on the published PRD rate schedule, except during some peak periods such as Christmas and Easter. Please follow the instructions to obtain discounts and to use credit points for your booking.
Wi-Fi access to the Internet at Pygmy Possum
- An NBN satellite dish was installed at Pygmy Possum during the March 2018 working bee.
- WiFi access vouchers will be issued to all guests along with the email notifying them of their room allocations.
Wildlife
- If you suspect a small mammal is living in the lodge it is important to use an Elliott trap (live traps) to capture, identify and relocate them.
